Annapurna Ashtakam Lyrics starts with Nithyaananda Kari, Varaa Abhya Karee is the prayer of Goddess Annapoorna, the Hindu god of food and nourishment. Goddess Annapoorneshwari is an avatar of Parvati, and is regarded as the Goddess of the city of Kashi; now known as Varanasi, in Uttar Pradesh, India.
